I'd resisted these machines...I drink a LOT of coffee and I worried about the cost of the kcups. Well, it is a little pricier to use them, but I love the convenience of the system and the variety of coffees available to try. This thing works perfectly. Using the DIY kcups (the kind you put your own grounds into) is easy, but a pain to clean the little mesh filters. I'll just stick to the prepackaged kcups!

would have given a full 5 stars, but occasionally a k-cup malfunctions, and water/coffee spray everywhere! I bought refillable k cups, and only the one expensive keurig one works consistently. If you get that, also get the tiny (I hate to say adorable) paper filters for it, they make a superb pair!the keurig is perfect for making any individual drink, from hot water for your teabag, to the most expensive of k cups. I highly suggest using a k cup twice through for a big cup, the largest setting just seems to add water at the end of the fill, where twice used is half the cost and is working fine for me.everyone can have what they want, no half pots of calf sitting around going to waste anymore! plus, hot cocoa for the grandchild! absolutely awesome product, got the four year warrantee just to be safe.I will answer any questions anyone might have regarding this coffee maker if I can.

Took a while to get here, but seriously, I have just improved my life! Madly in love with my new Keurig, even though I had always thought "What's the big deal?" In a word-Convenience!!!!! My son had tried buying one for me, but I told him I didn't want one. I'm not an old person either at 53, but they just didn't make any sense to me. I can only drink decaf, and the versitility, and convenience of being able to make my husband or anybody else a cup (of just about anything liquid-AMAZING product availability) with absolutely ZERO muss or fuss are so cool, I am just happy as a clam! I'll add more as I use it more (just came today). Hats off to this product, and my son for knowing what I REALLY wanted when I didn't!
