I have now had four of these poorly designed coffee makers. Bosch should be ashamed of having its brand on this disaster. The original one exploded regularly, spewing hot water and grinds out of every crevice, due to a known defect documented by law suits. STILL, rather than replace it, Tassimo (owned by KRAFT) insisted on sending me a replacement part that made no difference. They eventually sent a replacement brewer but the wrong color. The third third machine was the right color but still did not solve the brewing problem. Apparently, if the costly "T-Disc" is misaligned even a fraction, the brew will escape thru every orifice in the machine, leaving you a stew of black watery grinds to clean out of all the machine's crevices. In addition, the buttons on this replacement were beveled and would frequently stick in the "brew" position, allowing the brew to continue and continue, running all over countertop, cabinets, inside drawers, cracks, seams... everywhere. Next replacement--- alas! Wrong color again. And the last replacement just never came. After phone calls too numerous to count, I got one woman in the exec office to agree to a refund. This took TEN MONTHS. Buyer beware.

Ive had my Tassimo for 3 weeks and its been doing exactly as everyone complains, except mine is stuck on manual. Tassimo never gave me the 2 "free" packages for registering my Tassimo, and no one bothers to respond to my emails or calls. My they're overwhelmed with complaints? I've gone back to my old Tassimo but I'll be replacing it with a Kurig. I'm really disappointed.
