DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!I bought this item thinking I was getting what I ordered.NOT!- It shows a three pull out drawer, I got a two pull out drawer- says two 16oz baby blue mugs, I got four 8oz black and white mugs (all broken)I will never do business with this company again!Oh as far as the keurig it works great.....So far

The packaging is perfect, delivered on time. Makes great, hot and fast coffee. Have had many coffee makers, none compare to this product. Advertised package to contain 2 cups not shipped. Vendor addressed the problem immediately. Also had additional sample coffees not advertised. Would advise anyone shopping for this type of brewer to research and read reviews. Will give as xmas gift to sister, whose family drinks lots of coffee.

My only problem is the cups arrived broken. No fault of anyone except transportation. All the coffee shown is not included FYI
