Brew Express is an amazing product. It brews perfect coffee, it looks elegant recessed into the wall, and the best part is-- it hooks right up to the waterline. My only complaint is that the white plastic is very "plasticy" and looks more like a low end Mr. Coffee than a higher end, better quality machine. It has discolored a little as well in the short time I've owned it. If I could pick again, I would maybe consider the stainless steel version. However; the performance of this little machine outshines my feelings on the esthetics.
